Program description

Epoxy Ninjas uses SMS to send quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, job-status updates, and — for customers who opt in separately — occasional promotions.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to texts in person or over the phone, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Sample messages

• "Epoxy Ninjas: Hi Jane, thanks for your quote request. Your 600 sq ft garage estimate is ready — reply YES to schedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
• "Epoxy Ninjas: Reminder — your on-site evaluation is tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or submit the contact form again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging providers, is permitted.
